We put the content together with care, but prices, opening hours and availability may change. No rights can be derived from the information on this page.

All prices on this site are in euros and include VAT.

Shop and payment

Prices in the shop are in euro and include VAT. You pay online, in Stripe’s payment form, with Bancontact or a card. We take your order when the payment goes through, and we confirm it by email. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you paid, we refund you in full. Payments are processed by Stripe; this site never sees your card number.

Collecting and pre-orders

Boxes and menu items are collected at the counter at the time you chose. Cakes are baked for the day you chose and need the lead time shown on the product. We are open Wednesday to Sunday. Food that is not collected on the day cannot be refunded.

Posting

We post to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Germany with bpost, in 2 to 5 working days after payment. The posting price is shown before you pay. A bag that contains anything fresh (a cake, a box or a menu item) is collected, not posted. Parcels weigh at most 5 kg.

Withdrawal and returns

You can withdraw from an order of posted goods within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason, by emailing us. Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us; the cost of returning them is yours. We refund within 14 days of receiving them or of proof that you sent them. There is no right of withdrawal for food that spoils quickly (pastry, cakes, boxes), for cakes made on a date and with words you chose, or for sealed food that you have opened. Gift cards can be withdrawn within 14 days as long as the code has not been used.

Gift cards

A gift card is a single-use code worth the amount you chose, emailed to the person you name. It is valid for one year from the day it was bought. You type it in the promotion code box in the payment step. It is used in one go: any amount left after the purchase is not kept and is not paid out, so choose a basket that matches the value. We do not replace a lost or expired code. It is not redeemable for cash.

Intellectual property

The text, images, design and code of this site are protected. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Liability

We do what is reasonable to keep this site available and correct, but we cannot guarantee that it works without interruption or error. We are not liable for indirect loss arising from the use of this site.

This site may contain links to other websites. We have no control over their content.

Governing law

Belgian law applies. Disputes are brought before the competent courts of the judicial district of Antwerp, Turnhout division.
